Earlier we had told that Prabhu Deva for his upcoming romantic entertainer 'Ramaiya Vastavaiya' has roped in the sexy Jacqueline Fernandez for a special number. Now checkout here the first look of Jackky in desi avatar in the film...

The blockbuster director-choreographer, who is known to bring out the best performances of all the actresses he's worked with, was  impressed with Jacqueline's dancing chops in her recent film 'Race 2'...

Interestingly titled "Jaadu Ki Jhappi De De Tu Abhi", the song will see Jacqueline as the quintessential village belle and is scheduled to be shot in the fields of Punjab's Kiri Afgana village.

For her first ever all-Indian avatar on screen, the makers have even roped in designer-to-the-stars Manish Malhotra for the 3-day shoot in Chandigarh.

Talking about the track producer Kumar Taurani said, "It is a travel song but not like Chaiyyan Chaiyyan, it is very different."

Said Jacqueline, "You are not a complete Bollywood heroine till you dance in the fields of Punjab. Thanks to this song, I feel that I completely belong here. I enjoy dancing, but it's the first time that I have done such a number with desi steps.

And it was super-exciting." Adding that, "I can't thank Rameshji (Taurani) and Prabhudheva enough. I was in awe of dancing with Prabhudeva, but he is so non-starry that all my nervousness was put to rest."

Shot in India and overseas, 'Ramaiya Vastavaiya' stars Girish Kumar and Shruti Haasan and the film is scheduled to release 7th June, 2013.
