Yaan's shooting schedule has been hectic for the entire crew as they have been shifting gears across various continents and finally the next leg of shooting is happening in Mumbai. The unit will be shooting until mid-may at Mumbai before packing off elsewhere. There seem to be a chasing scene with some high voltage action packed segments, which was shot in Morocco.

The cinematographer turned director Ravi K Chandran said it was fun shooting with Jiiva and Thulasi for Yaan, and they had been shooting chase segments involving both action as well as funny parts. Jiiva meanwhile is said to have a nice time shooting with Trisha for "Endrendrum Punnagai" in some beautiful locations across Europe.
