Kollywood is all about lucky charms and success partners. If a particular organization of work force clicks, then it becomes a sure hit brand. One such partnership was shared by director Gautam Vasudev Menon and composer Harris Jeyaraj. Right from their debut in 'Minnale', no matter which movie Gautam directed, it had to be Harris who composed music for the film, and without a doubt, the movie as well as the album were run away hits.
The two were a happy-go-lucky duo, until recently. In the last couple of movies of the director's, music was scored by other genius from the industry, and not Harris. The disparity brought out a misunderstanding between the two, to light. About a couple of years back, Harris Jeyaraj was reportedly hurt by what Gautam Menon had spoken. This ran wild rumours all over the media, fuelling entertainment for quite some time until further distraction. Nonetheless, the two are a great combination to witness and enjoy. Will they join hands again? Harris opened up in a recent interview, on his outlook. "Of course I was hurt. But that was in the past. I was hurt because the circumstance was such. But that is not there any more. If there is a chance in the future where it requires me to compose for Gautam Menon, then I will be more than happy to do so. I am in fact looking forward for such an opportunity."
