How does it feel to have shot to fame and to have become a crowd favourite? Vijay Sethupathi is right there; but if you thought he is on cloud nine, he clarifies that he is still standing on firm earth. "Audience is the ultimate deciding authority when it comes to films. The same set of people may not like me after a couple of years. I am well aware of this, and I choose my projects accordingly" says Vijay, who does not have a free space in his calendar for the next two years. With six projects at hand, and juggling three of them at the same time now, Vijay Sethupathi is soaring great heights in Kollywood right now.

But ask him on choosing his films, he says he passes the parcel sometimes. "I know the hardships of bringing the idea of a movie to reality, especially the cost and time involved. So I don't give them any false hopes. If I cannot offer any dates for a good script, I suggest who would fit the story best, and ask the director to contact that actor; I also suggest to the actor that the film will be a success story for him. I have already done this, and such movies are right now in production. But no matter what, I do not give anyone a false hope" says the young and highly successful actor.
