No matter how many good deeds you have to your credit, one black mark is enough to spot you as the cat among pigeons. It is such a fix for Nazriya in Kollywood, after her rendezvous in headlines for her claims on 'Naiyandi' just before its release. Nazriya vehemently apposed the usage of a body double for a shot which she denied to perform in, attributing it to be too glamorous for her rule-book. And movie makers who entrusted her acting skills and thronged her office are refraining their steps, as Kollywood is far and wide under the impression that any scene that the actress finds herself uncomfortable in may either not take the story further, or end up in a dispute, like earlier in the case of 'Naiyandi'.
But at just a movie old in the industry, director Balaji Mohan is cool with casting Nazriya. The director is launching Dulquer Salman in Tamil, with Nazriya as his heroine. When quizzed about his decision, an unfazed Balaji says "I have no problem with casting Nazriya. Any preset notion in the industry does not give me any jitters about the heroine. In fact she is fun to work with. We have completed a photo shoot with the lead actors, and it well perfectly smooth. I am looking forward to shoot the film and am excited about the project!"
