The music of ‘Murattu Kaalai’ starring Sundar C and Sneha was launched by Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi today. Cheeyan Vikram received the first copy. The film is a remake of Rajinikanth super hit by the same name. The producer of the original ‘Murattu Kaalai’, AVM Saravanan was a chief guest at the function. The new ‘Murattu Kaalai’ is directed by K. Selvabarathy. Srikanth deva has tuned the songs written by Selvabarathy. The guest list for the function was impressive. The entire chief minister family was there to greet the producer Gunanidhi Amirtham who is the newest entrant onto Kollywood from the Chief Minister Karunanidhi family. Deputy Chief Minister MK Stalin, Vairamuthu, Udhayanidhi Stalin, AVM Saravanan, Udhayanidhi Stalin, Rajathi Ammal, Dayalu Ammal,Durga Stalin and many others were there.
