Naan Avanillai features Jeevan donning the lead role accompanied by five heroines - Sneha, Namitha, Malavika, Keerthi Chawla and Jyothirmayi. It is a remake of yesteryear classic titled the same featuring five heroines.

Directed by Selvah, produced by Jabak and music is by Vijay Antony.

The just-married Malavika is cast as model says, "It is always a huge pressure to act in a remake. People will compare our performance. Hopefully all of us have lived up to expectations in the movie".
