Expectations are soaring high for Ajith's Kireedam, which is set for release this weekend. Produced by Suresh Balaji (jointly with Adlabs), Kireedam is based on the Malayalam film of the same name, directed by Sibi Malayil.

Trisha plays Ajith's heroine, Raj Kiran and Saranya are in the cast. G V Prakash Kumar's musical score is already a big hit.

Indiaglitz has caught up with cast and crew of Kireedam and avid fans of Ajith, who are eagerly awaiting the release of Kireedam. It is a big occasion for debutant director Vijay.

“It was a delight to work with an actor like Ajith for my first directorial venture. He was extremely co-operative. The producers - Suresh Balaji and Adlabs gave me enough freedom”, he says.
