The latest project from PasumPon Films K.A.Neythaji Balu is Kaalaippani. This latest project stars new faces and is expected to give the chillness as meant by the title.  Audio release of the film took place at GRT Grand Days on 24th August 2007 at 6.15 p.m.

The audio launch was organized and blessed by Chaturvedi Swamigal in the presence of Rama Narayan - President of Tamil Film Producer Council,  KR  Former - President of South Indian film chambers of commerce. 'Mellisai Mannar'. The audio was released by 'Mellisai Mannar' M.S Viswanathan.

The first copy was received by RB Chowdry (Super Good Films), playback singer Ms Mathangi, lyricist Pa. Vijay, Insight Media Nagravi, Dr. VM Jothi Mani, director AM. Jothikrishna, 'Film News' Anandhan, and Saregama India Ltd. Thiru Ashok Krishnan.
