The grand premiere of director Vasanth's Sathumpoadathay was held in Chennai on Thursday with prominent film personalities coming together.

The movie directed by Vasanth features Prithviraj, Padmapriya and Nithin Sathya in lead roles. Music is by Yuvanshankar Raja. Among those, who turned up for the mega screening includes Silambarasan, Sandhya,  Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Premji Gangai Amaran, Yuvanshankar Raja, the cast and crew of the Chennai 600028 team among others.

Heaping laurels on Vasanth, they said, “It is certainly one of the bold themes in Tamil cinema in the recent past”.

They wished their good luck for the movie to succeed at the box office.
