The formal release of Billa Audio was held on 26th of November 2007 at Hotel Residence Towers in Chennai.

The audio was however, already released by none other than the original Billa hero, Super Star Rajinikanth, last week in a simple function held at his Poes Garden residence. Now it has been officially released in the market.

The function was short and sweet. Ajith, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Raguman, and Vishnu Vardhan shared a few words to the media persons.

Prabhu, who has donned an important role in the movie, delivered a relatively longer speech.

The trailer of Billa was also screened in the function. The trailer was sleek and stylish.
