“I am not crazy for Oscar award. I want the Westerners to respect the awards given in India and hold them proudly”.
Speaking at ‘Kodaikanal’ audio launch, Kamal Haasan said, “The credit should go to the whole unit. An artiste like me craves for applause from the film-lovers”.
“A movie is considered big only when audience welcomes it. Even a big-budgeted project if fail to strike a chord with the masses would end up as a mediocre attempt”.
Speaking on the occasion, director Bharathiraja said, “We grew together in the industry and marveled at each other's contribution to the filmdom”.
Former DGP Vaikunth, Tamil Film Producers Council president Rama Narayanan and producer Anbalaya Prabhakaran also spoke on the occasion.
The audio was released by Kamal Haasan and was received by Bharathiraja. The movie directed by Bose has musical score by Deva.
