Muthumariamman Creations is coming up with a film titled 'Ilampuyal' starring newcomer Vasanth and Poornitha. Actors Karunaas, Sriman, Sindhuraj, Ravi and Sujibala also feature in the cast.

'Ilampuyal' had its audio release function recently and dignitaries in the form of producer R. B. Chowdary, directors Ameer and Vasanth, actor Shaam, musician Rehana and politician Thirumavalavan graced the occasion. 

Music for the film is by Vasanth and the film is to be directed by K. S. Durai.
