Brahmadeva is produced by Dr. Ram, an ENT specialist. Apart from producing, he is also performing double roles in the film and the characters are named Brahmadeva and Eesa. Stunts play a major role in the film and Power-Fast master has come up with refreshing sequences.

Sanjay, of 'Tharagu' fame, Roshan, Tejashree, Mumaith Khan, Laksha and Aarthi form part of the cast. Dharmalingam directs the movie and Muthuraja has composed music.
