The third law of Newton says, for every action there's a reaction which is said again by the director of 'Newtonin 3am Vidhi'. The movie stars SJ Suryah in the lead and a debutant actress Sayali Bhagat plays the female lead. SJ Suryah who formerly acted in a few flicks like Kalvanin Kadhali, Vyapari and Thirumagan, is now playing the protagonist in this latest.
