'We have resolved all disputes with the distributors over the Kuselan issue. We have compensated the loss sustained by them', said Swaminathan, chairman and Managing Director, Pyramid Saimira.

'Though there is no precedence to compensate losses, we went ahead to ease the loss suffered by our distributors, who bought 'Kuselan' and suffered losses', he said and added, 'all settlements have been made and the distributors agreed to it'.

Addressing media persons, he said that Pyramid Saimira has not shelved the Kamal Haasan starrer 'Marmayogi', Swaminathan said, 'we have so far invested Rs 11.5 crores for the project. It would take off and the final word would come from Kamal Haasan'.

Swaminathan thanked Kavithalaya, Seven Arts Vijay Kumar and the members of the Tamil Film Distributors Association for settling the issue amicably.
