It was a coming together of sorts for all those associated with director Bala and the film 'Naan Kadavul'. In a spectacular function the 'Naan Kadavul' music album set to tunes by maestro Illayaraja and the film's trailer were released. Actors who owe their careers to Bala, Vikram and Suriya were present and so was the film's protagonist Arya.

Ace directors Mani Ratnam, Balu Mahendra, Cheran, lyricist Valee, Music director Uttam Singh, Ameer, Prakash Raj, Mysskin etc graced the occasion.

Bala was appreciated galore by terrific personalities such as Mani Ratnam, Balu Mahendra and by everyone who had an opportunity to speak during the occasion.
