Sujatha Films Pvt Ltd wanted to forge a false case to keep Priyadarshan and his wife Lisi from owning the ‘Four Frames’ theater which was bought long time back in a public auction that was held by the Income Tax Department.

On May 8th, the supreme court Division headed by Justice S.H. Kapadia and Justice Aftab Alam. Confirming the sale, the SC Division Bench upheld the judgment of the High Court of Madras. Lisi held a press meet to explain the case which gave them lots of mental and physical stress and to make things clear to the public.
