The soul-touching songs of ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ were unveiled on Sunday June 14 at University Centenary Hall, Madras University Campus. The film’s cast and crew; Karthi, Andrea, Reema Sen, Parthiban, Music Director G.V. Prakash, Producer Raveendran, along with other noted celebrities of K-Town were present for the occasion. The launch was sparked up by the presence of versatile filmmakers Shankar, A.R. Murugadoss, Bhagiyaraj, Sun Pictures Hansraj Saxena, Nigerian Cultural Minister, Latha Rajnikanth, Dhanush and his wife Aishwarya.
The film’s crew shared their best experiences of shooting for this movie. It is said that ‘No Pain, No Gain’ and this happened to be the crux of their speech. Gorgeous missies Andrea and Reema Sen sizzled with their alluring appearance. Four songs from this musical album were performed live by G.V. Prakash & crew. Dhanush, Aishwarya and Andrea crooning for ‘Un Meladhan Aasaidhan’ turned the highlights of the occasion. Vijay Yesudas captured the audience with his ‘Thai Thin’.
Nigerian Cultural Dance, astonishing magic show and fashion show were the sensational quotients of the night. Speaking on the occasion, Dhanush stated, ‘I got to hear the buzzes that ‘Aayirathil Oruvan’ has nothing special. But it’s an unforeseen flick in the History of Tamil Cinema. Precisely, this film should be a grand success as producer has churned out this flick sacrificing a whole lot.”
According to Director Selva Raghavan “its off-the-wall motif fashioned for universal audiences.” Parthiban was a man of fewer words and expressed his speech with jovial touch. But interestingly he revealed that he enacts the role of King who’ll appear in the latter part of the film. |
