Saran is a visual communication graduate from the prestigious College of Arts. As Saran’s interest was in films, he joined with veteran Director Shri. K.Balachander as an assistant director.

Saran started his Directional venture with ‘Kaadhal Mannan’ starring Ajith after working for 7 years with his mentor. His films from Kaadhal Mannan to Idhaya Thirudan have made the film buffs flock to the theaters.
