‘Mynaa’ Jailer Thambi Ramaiah

Wednesday, November 24, 2010

Thambi Ramaiah was the one who directed the Vadivelu starrer ‘Indiralogathil Naa Azhagappan’. The failure of the movie has drifted Thambi to acting and what a fortunate one that was.

Recently as the compassionate jailor in ‘Mynaa’, Thambi Ramaiah has roistered his presence strongly. The role has got him appreciations from all including Rajini, Kamal, Dhanush and many biggies in the industry.

In his first major interview Thambi Ramaiah tracks his journey so far. He was an ardent admirer of Kannadasan first and T Rajendar next. That brought him to cinema and the struggle began rather early.

He tells you on how came to Chennai, the friendship of Vadivelu. Being an assistant to P, Vasu, discovering his acting abilities and finally his jackpot in Mynaa.

The man has seen cinema in full and that makes this interview very interesting.
