 Srikanth sure must be in a quandary. He has done it all- action, comedy and romance. .
But he is giving it all a try.
After some soft romantic stuff in Fazil's Oru Naal Oru Kanavu, Srikanth is all geared up for a hilarious entertainer in Pambara Kannalae.
Starring Tollywood actress Aarthi Agarwal opposite Srikanth, the movie is directed by a debutant Parthy Bhaskar, nephew of music maestro Ilayaraja.
N Prasanna Kumar has penned the dialogues while music is by Srikanth Deva. The supporting cast includes Vadivelu, Vikram Aditya,Kancha Karuppu and Madan Bob.
Speaking on the movie, Baskar said 'Pambara Kannalae would be a fun movie with romance as the basis. For Aarthi,this would provide an important break.'
'Even as the story was getting ready, I had Srikanth in mind. Just waited for the right time to tell him about the story. He not only gave the nod but also helped in finding the producers to take up the project. I have done my best to live up to the confidence that Srikanth had on me.'
Srikanth hopes that Pambara Kannalae would compensate all his troubles.
Aarthi, too, has had a difficult time recently. She is coming out of a tumultuous suicide attempt after a broken relationship with Tarun, Aarthi needed this Tamil diversion.
Both Srikanth and Aarthi are facing the same predicament for different reasons.
Perhaps, in Pambara Kannale, they will find another common ground --- of success, that is.
