Arun Vijay, a young actor desperate for a hit, will have his Thavam released this week. The movie, produced by actor Arjun and directed by Sakthi Paramesh, is a remake of Telugu hit Itlu Shravani Subramaniam.
A confident Arun says, “I'm sure it will work out well. I thank Arjun for having faith in me and providing me a platform to prove my acting credentials. It was a great learning experience working in his home production. He planned and executed the project well”.
The movie stars newcomers Arpitha and Vandana opposite Arun Vijay.
Arjun heaps laurels on Arun Vijay for playing his role with conviction. “Such actors deserve to be encouraged”, he says.
The movie is a youthful entertainer. The male protagonist (Arun Vijay) comes across the heroine (Arpitha) at a suicide point. They realize that their goal is same. Suicide! They describe each other about their reasons to end their lives and duly write suicide notes. Both the hero and the heroine fulfill their last wishes with the help of each other. They choose to end their life after their desires are fulfilled. However they are rescued.
When they decide to start a new life, fate come in the form of their relatives. How they unite against all odds to come together forms the crux.
The movie was a big hit in Andhra Pradesh. Arun Vijay says, “I have given my best in the movie. All credit should go to director Sakthi Paramesh and Arjun”.
