Former Miss India-World Gadde Sindhura, who is from Andhra Pradesh, is all set to make her debut in Bollywood with the film Room.

In New Zealand, Sindhura has earned a good name for herself as a news anchor. She worked as a news presenter for the popular show Flipside.

Meanwhile, she has been chosen to play the principal role in the film Room. B.Subhash, director of acclaimed films like Disco Dancer and Dance Dance, will produce the film.

Incidentally, film will also mark the debut of Shwetha daughter of B.Subhash as a director.

Sindhura said, “I am acting opposite Ajiz (Uff…Kya Jadoo Mohabbat Hai fame). I am extremely lucky to work with the team of Producer-Director B.Subhash, who are stepping into 25 years of filmmaking. Music of the film is by Bappi Lahiri. My role in the film is of a middle class girl, whose only aspiration is to take part in dance competition being held in London. In the same way, she has a strong craving to see her dad, who stays in England. My character’s name in the film is Heena”. There is every possibility that offers to act in Telugu will soon come her way.
