Directed by Raghava Lawrence and produced by ML Kumar Choudary on the banner of Kirti Creations with Nagarjuna in the lead, 'Don' had begin its shooting formally on February 1 amidst several popular film personalities.

The regular shooting of the film would begin in March. Mamata Mohandas, the popular Malayalam heroine has been fixed as the female lead in this film. Raghava Lawrence, who is known so far as choreographer, director and artiste, is making his debut as music director through this film.

Abburi Ravi, who gave excellent dialogues for films like 'Bommarillu and Annavaram' is scripting dialogues for this film also. S Gopal Reddy is taking up the responsibility of cinematography.

The producer is planning to release the film in July.
