Arjun and Nana Patekar are playing the lead roles in 'Kalidas' being directed by senior director Bharatiraja and produced by K Lakshminarayana on the banner of Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Pictures.

The film is now busy in graphic works at Mumbai. The dubbing of Tamil version is nearing completion in Chennai. The Telugu dubbing works would begin by the end of June.

Popular Bollywood music director Himesh Reshammia is scoring music for the movie, while Bhuvanachandra, Vennelakanti and Sahiti scripted fantastic songs to the tunes.

Bharatiraja moulded the film as a very good action movie keeping in view Arjun's action hero image The speciality of the film is that versatile artiste Nanapatekar for the first time appeared in a sough-Indian language film.
