Re-recording was completed for 'Bangarukonda' (Pakka 420) directed by Kola Nag and produced by K Srinivas with Rishi as hero and Navneet Kaur as heroine.

Producer K Srinivas says, 'A major part of the film was shot in Bangkok as per the demand of the story. Besides canning of songs, some important scenes were also shot there. The hero appears to be a 'Bangarukonda' (gentleman), but all his activities would be mischievous (420). Rishi is doing an out and out mass character in the movie. The backdrop of the movie would also be quite different from routine flicks and would be very attractive. The music scored by Ghantadi Krishna would be very attractive and would attract all classes of audiences irrespective of class or mass. We are making efforts to release the film in August.'
