It was supposed to be the Diwali release, but Deva will now be released towards the end of this month. The film has been released for Diwali in Tamil Nadu and is doing well.

Now, the makers are planning to release it here.

The film’s music has been scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja and is already doing well in both the languages.

Titled Vel in Tamil, the story revolves around family sentiments and has enough scope for romance and action as Surya will be seen in a dual role.
