After the success of Aa Naluguru, Rajendra Prasad is being cast in character roles that would evoke sympathy and have enough seriousness to get across a social message.

One such film is Mee Sreyobhilashi. The film also has Naresh playing a senior citizen. The film is slated for release on December 22.

V Eeswar Reddy is the director and Sonia Reddy is the producer of the film. But it is not all cliché, say the cast.

Instead of showing their intended message in a tear-jerker, it has good doses of comedy too to lighten the mood and grab the audience’s attention, they insist.
