Sai Kumar is the hero of the film. Vaibhavi is the heroine. ‘Citizen’ directed by Sai Prakash and produced by C.V.Reddy is being made in Telugu as well as Kannada.

The film has been completed fully except for a song and will come to the cinemas on May.
