The item queen Mumaith Khan has been ruling the roost when it comes to doing item songs and performing special numbers. However, she has not been able to prove her mark as an actress and though she has done movies with her as the heroine, they have not worked at the box office.

Now, she has a new challenge with her movie ‘Punnami Nagu’ that is hitting the screens today. With the role of Snake woman, Mumaith has already set some fire having done a song in a bikini.

The benefit for this time is the director Kodhandarami Reddy who is a veteran in this field and then the story itself which has been written by the famous Yendamuri Veerendranath. Since all looks on her stride, let us hope Mumaith pulls of a hit with this one.
