Hero Akash who is often known for his super hit movie ‘Anandam’ has been a regular face in the silver screen and eventually he had also made his presence felt in the Tamil and Kannada circuits too.

Now, he has changed his path towards direction and today his directorial debut is all set to take the test. The film has been titled ‘Sweetheart’ and Akash is flanked by Daisy Bopanna, Nidhi Subbaiah in the lead roles.

This is slated to be a bilingual and it will also be released in Tamil with few changes to suit the audience over there.

Akash was heard saying that though he had it all in him to make it big, it was his choice of movies that actually affected his career. Let us hope he revives that with this venture now.
