He is known as the Darsakaratna of the Telugu movie industry and he has the credit of coming up with more than hundred movies in his career. Having donned several roles like director, writer, actor, producer he has been considered as one of the main pillars of the contemporary Telugu cinema.

He is none other than Dasari Narayana Rao and today happens to be his birthday.

As has been the tradition, Dasari will be meeting up with all his fans and the film fraternity and evening there is said to be the regular Dasari awards night wherein some of the brightest and talented film personalities are given this precious award.
