Malayalam superstar Mammotty is a big name not only in his home turf Kerala, but also in Dubai where there are a large number of labour from the Indian state.

Perhaps, the organisers of the reality show which starred Mammotty did not have an idea as to what numbers were going to turn up for the event.

To their shock, thousands of Mammotty's fans flocked to the venue and created a ruckus.  This lead to a stampede injuring many.  The Dubai police had a tough time controlling the mobs and they pounced on the canvoy carrying the Indian actor to protect him from his over-excited fans.

Mammotty is a real superstar.  What say?
