Katrina Kaif to sing nursery rhymes

For Bollywood's heroines, surprising audience is a regular.  Today you have Katrina Kaif turning singer.  No, not for any thanda album.  She will lend her voice for AR Rehman's forthcoming album, which will release in the first quarter of next year.  What made the Oscar-winning Maestro select Katrina for the album?
 
It is, perhaps, her British accent which comes so naturally to her.  The album will see her singing nursery rhymes and her rhythmic accented tone will perk up the appeal of the album is what those producing it are hoping.
 
Singers feel extremely lucky when they are identified by the great musician.  You have a full-time actress become a singer of an AR album.
 
A lover of kids and toddlers, Katrina is happy that she will get an opportunity to interact with them.  She will ask them to sing some rhymes to help herself pick on the nuances of telling rhymes.
