It is a known fact that all films starring Salman Khan are released in many parts of the country by his father Salim Khan. While this definitely makes for good monetary gains, it is also a strong emotional connect that plays it's part. As it has turned out now, keeping things with the family is fast turning out to be the 'mantra' at Khan household. This is evident from the fact that Salim Khan has released 'Jodi Breakers' which features his wife Helen in a pivotal role.

"Yes, Salim saab has done that. However this one is for pure emotional reasons though. When it comes to professional liasions, he has nothing to do with either Madhavan or Bipasha Basu. In fact he doesn't even know them outside the filmy circles. On a regular day he may not have picked up 'Jodi Breakers' since other than Salman starrers, he isn't really inclined to distribute any and every movie regardless of it's starcast or budget. In that sense he is really choosy. However since the film features his wife Helen, Salim saab was sure that he wanted to be associated with 'Jodi Breakers'," informs a source.

The makers though are over the moon to see Salim Khan's association with the film for reasons more than one. While they were sure that the film would see a very good release due to Khan's stranglehold over the parts of the country where he would be taking the film, they also feel that his good luck charm would rub upon their romcom as well.

"Whichever film that Salim saab has touched, they have turned into superhits. Whether it is 'Dabangg', 'Ready', 'Bodyguard', 'Wanted' or a few others which haven't really starred Salman, they have all proven to be jackpots," says a senior official from the production house, "We are happy that he picked it up for emotional reasons but then we also want to believe that he saw good enough potential in it's success as well. If these two factors come together and work for 'Jodi Breakers', we would be most elated."

Not to forget a happy husband who is gifting this one to his beloved wife!
