3, one of the most awaited Kollywood releases of this summer has another first to its credit (apart from featuring the most popular number of 2011). In a bid to keep piracy at bay, the makers of Dhanush starrer '3', which is set to hit the screens Friday, have tied up with a copyright protection company.
As per the arrangement, the anti piracy firm JD (Justice Delivered) will keep a check on any attempts to pirate '3' online and as well as DVDs. According to a press release, "JD protects a film from piracy for 30 days from theatrical release. This product is a correct mix of technical excellence and legal proceedings."
Buzz is that '3' will hit the screens in nearly 1000 screens all over the world. The Telugu dubbing and distribution rights of the movie has been acquired by Natti Kumar for a whopping price.
The maiden directorial venture of Aishwarya R Dhanush has Shruti Haasan as heroine. Music is by Anirudh.
