The going can definitely not get better for National Award winning actor, Dhanush! The actor who made headlines internationally has now officially signed a film with Bharath Bala. It was earlier reported that the duo will get together but nothing was announced officially.

The film is named 'Mariyaan' and an announcement listing the other cast and crew is expected shortly. Music is by Bharath Bala's good friend, AR Rahman.

Dhanush wrote on his microblogging page, "Guys, moving on to my next now. The title is Mariyaan, directed by Bharath Bala of Vande Maataram fame. Music is by Oscar winner AR Rahman sir. God bless".

He is currently working on 'Raanjhnaa' with Aanand of 'Tanu Weds Manu' fame. The movie will mark his debut as an actor in Hindi and is a simple love story set in Varansi where he shares screen space with Sonam Kapoor.
