That Nayanatara has undergone ordeal in the recent past is an open secret.  Having said that she feels disillusioned now that she has been defeated in love, the actress now presents a strong face to the world.

"I have become mentally strong after the recent developments in my life.  I feel strong enough to face any kind of jolt with a bold attitude in future.  That's why the adage goes, everything happens for our good", Nayan has said philosophically.  After all the unsavoury and mental upheaval she has supposedly endured, Nayan realizes that one should be able to let things go.

"As a child, I was a pampered one.  All the same, I used to ponder some things deeply.  I have learnt the hard way that that is the root cause of many problems.  If you are not bold enough to face difficulties, be ready to quit the scene", she advises.
