Okariki Okaru awards to be telecast on Zee Telugu

Gone are the days when we used to associate the concept of hit pairs only with films. In these days of satellite television, where serials are an integral part of a housewife's life, hit pairs are the likes of Prabhakar and Sameera, names most others might not have heard in their life.

To recognise such couples, Zee Telugu gave away, what it called, Okariki Okaru awards. Six couples were given away the awards, variously titled as Sizzling Couple, Sweet Couple, Memorable Couple, Romantic Couple, Made For Each Other, and Energetic Couple.

The pairs are: Prabhakar-Sameera, Sri Ram-Divya Reddy, Nirupam-Manjula, Kaushal-Anjali and others.

The event will be telecast on Zee Telugu, on June 17, at 6:00 p.m.
