Moved from July 20 to August 7, Devudu Chesina Manushulu has been advanced to the 27th of this month.  Since August is choc-a-bloc with so many releases (read Julayi, Andala Rakshasi, Srimannarayana, etc.), the makers seem to have thought it fit to release the movie on this month's last Friday.  The next two Fridays are booked by David Billa (13th) and Tuneega Tuneega (20th).

After Businessman, this is the second release for Puri Jagannadh.  He will have two more releases this year, Cameraman Ganga Tho Rambabu and Allu Arjun's untitled flick to be released in December.

Shot in Hyderabad, Bangkok and Switzerland, the film has key roles by Prakash Raj and Brahmanandam.  Brahmi is playing Lord Vishnu and Kovai Sarala is playing Goddess Lakshmi.  Ali, MS Narayana, Subbu Raju, Fish Venkat, Jyothi Rana are playing other roles.
