When the whole of T-Town and K-Town is singing paeans on SS Rajamouli, the man behind the bilingual blockbuster 'Naan Ee', the director can't stop raving about Rajinikanth, the one and only Superstar of Tamil cinema.

"Rajini sir is my favourite actor in Kollywood. I always wanted to meet him as a fan. I met him during a function once. But before I could speak to him, he was surrounded by others. So I stayed back," the filmmaker says.

He adds: "After Magadheera released, I got a call from Rajini sir and he said I had done a fantastic work. My joy knew no bounds. And recently, he called me up again and appreciated my work in Eega."

"How can I ask for more? I am still flying high. Because, Rajini sir is the one artiste whom I admire more than anyone. Hearing good words from him about my work is really special," concludes Rajamouli.

SS Rajamouli has definitely become one of the most wanted directors in Tamil cinema with his very debut in Tamil! Another welcome talent from Telugu cinema indeed, remember, the director is one of the most celebrated filmmakers in Tollywood.
