Devi Sri Prasad is perhaps the most prolific of today's music directors in Tollywood.  The great improviser is known to give catchy or melodic numbers in a jiffy.  The tune keeps playing in his mind and comes out like a flood of creative thrum when the situation warrants.  If it is Gabbar Singh and Julayi this year, he has the record of making it big with mass and class numbers over the years.

Those who are in the know say that DSP's musical stirrings were quite early.  Take any year, you have string of super hit songs from this innovator.  He began his journey in 2000, but it was from 2003 (with Varsham) that he started to prove that he was a non-pareil.

In 2004, Venky, Arya, Shankar Dada MBBS, Mass and Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana almost made him the bellwether.  He continued with his brilliant streak, choosing the right kind of films and making stars of his team (be they directors or heroes) overnight.

Thanks to Sallu bhai, two of his raunchy numbers have sizzled the 'B' screen.

With none to relegate him to the number two position, DSP rules the roost!
