Like in Jeffa, Brahmanandam is playing the title role in Gaja Donga.  Directed by RS Suresh, the movie sees Chaitanya Nelli and Prakruthi in the lead roles.  The story is about how a guy, who is an avid reader of Mullapudi's novels, falls in love with a girl.

The thief (played by Brahmi) is there to help them in their love.  "How does it forms the exciting point in the subject.  The film is being made as a comedy entertainer.  The story revolves around Brahmanandam's character.  We began filming on the hero and the heroine from the 23rd of this month.  The schedule will go on till the 5th.  Another schedule would be started from the 10th of this month," the makers said.

Ali, Jeeva, Raghu Babu, MS Narayana, 'Chitram' Sreenu, Kondavalasa, 'Tagubothu' Ramesh, Dhanraj, Shivannarayana, Rajya Lakshmi, Lakshmi, Priya and Madhu Babu are part of the cast.  Story is by D Srinivas.  Dialogues are by Marudhuri Raja.  Music is by Aadi.  Cinematography is by Rahul.  Editing is by Upendra.  Art is by Govind.
