Krishna Vamsi's Paisaa (only a tentative title) has been made a brisk pace from the start.  This Nani entertainer is now almost complete, barring a few scenes, a song, and the patch work.  Post-production works would be held after a three week schedule, before the end of next month, say sources.

Starring Catherine Theressa of Mollywood, the film is being produced by Ramesh Puppala.

KV cast Nani when he was impressed with his performance in Ride.  "Certain elements in the film reflect today's political realities.  But the scenes are not targeted at any one in particular.  The film revolves around the theme of how men are using money and vice versa."  Charan Raj is playing the main villain.  Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji and Raja Ravindra have crucial roles.

KV has done soul-searching regarding the failure of Mogudu.  "That was the only film in which neither the story nor the screenplay was right.  Chakram may not have earned profits for the producer but people still tell me that their thinking pattern changed after watching the movie," he says.

Happy Birthday Shankar
