Shruti to pair up with Ram

Months after the release of Kandireega, Bellamkonda Suresh announced Kandireega-2, a thematic sequel to the 2011 hit.  Director Santosh Srinivas has roped in Shruti Hassan as the heroine of this movie.

The film is likely to go on the floor once Ram is done with Bhaskar's Ongole Gitta.

For Shruti, who has on a roll after Gabbar Singh, this big-ticket film comes as a shot in the arm.
