Young Tiger NT Rama Rao is playing the hero in the direction of Harish Shankar for 'MLA' (Manchi Lakshnalunna Abbayi). The film would be produced by Dil Raju and Shruti Hassan was selected as heroine of the film. Chota K Naidu is providing cinematography while Thaman is scoring music.

Sources from Film Nagar say that the film was launched with the regular puja activities and the regular shooting of the film is most likely from January 3. Director Harish Shankar, who scored a blockbuster like 'Gabbar Singh' is very eager to bag hit with NTR too. He penned a story that suits NTR image and wanted to make the film something special in NTR's career.
