'Chammak Challo' getting ready for release by Sankranti

Varun Sandesh, Sanchita Padukone and Catherine are playing the lead in 'Chammak Challo' directed by national award winner Neelakanta, presented by DS Rao and produced by Master Bujjibabu on the banner of Sri Sailendra Movies. Presenter DS Rao says, 'The post-production works of the film were in the final stages so we are planning to release the film by Sankranti next year'.

Speaking on the occasion, director Neelakanta says, 'This is a love story with college in its backdrop. Moreover, this film would be very near to their mindsets of the present generation of audiences. We are making efforts to show love in a novel manner.'

Varun Sandesh would appear in a novel way in this movie. Brahmaji is playing the role of hero's father. Avasarala Srinivas, Sayaji Shinde, Vennela Kishore, Chinmayi, Surekhavani and others are in the cast. Music is by Kiran Varani, camera is by Ranganath Gogineni, editing is by Nagireddy, while story, dialogues, screenplay and direction are by Neelakanta.
