'Eega' wins B.Nagireddy memorial award

Bommireddy Nagireddy was the owner of South East Asia's largest Motion picture studio Vijaya- Vahini. He was one of  the few producers who has shown the direction to the Telugu film industry. He had produced the masterpieces like Shavukaru, Missamma, Mayabazar etc

He won many awards like Dadasaheb Phalke awad, Raghupathi Venkayya award and he had done many social work programmes through his Vijaya medical and educational trust.

Vijaya medical and educational trust had started B.Nagireddy memorial award on the occasion of his 100th birthday and presented to a few in the last two years..

The award this time has been won by Eega film directed by S.S.Rajamouli. The film has won this award for the year 2012 as the 'Best Complete Entertainmenter' film.The presentation of the award will be done soon.
