'Homam' Poster Released

A fully packed stadium to witness the release of poster and publicity material of a film is something that has never happened before in the Tollywood or in any other film industry.

The people who came to watch the semifinal match between Lahore Badshahs and Hyderabad Heroes got some extra entertainment to keep them occupied during the break and they were able to see some of their favourite stars too.

'Homam' directed by JD Chakravarthy became the first film in India to have its poster release during the break of a cricket match. The event was conducted during the break during the semifinal between Lahore Badshahs and Hyderabad Heroes.

The posters were launched by Actresses Sakshi Sivanand and Mamta Mohandas.

Udaya Bhanu hosted the grand function. There were entertainment programs by Mamta Mohandas and Sakshi Sivanand.

The event conducted to release the publicity material has itself now become a great publicity provider for the movie.

So both the cricket lovers and the crew of ‘Homam’, caught two birds with a single bullet.

The cricket crowd got double entertainment and the ‘Homam’ team got more media  space for the publicity of their movie due to this different event and a big crowd without any effort.

Let’s wait to see if the other film makers are going to follow this way of releasing the music and posters in a different way and make it a trend.
